According to the Bloomberg, Oracle will be unveiling its blockchain software joining the group of companies providing products using digital technology.
Thomas Kurian, president of product development at Oracle said that “Redwood City-based Company will introduce a platform-as-a-service blockchain product this month and decentralized ledger-based applications next month.”
According to the Kurian, words second largest software company is working with Banco de Chile for inter-bank transactions on a hyperledger. Oracle products will also be working for a pharmaceutical company to track and trace batches for medicine.
Behind the type of cryptocurrencies, many software companies have raced to enhance the blockchain model to simplify the process.
Marc Benioff, Chief Executive Officer at Salesforce.com Inc. said that his company wants to unveil a blockchain based product by its annual Dreamforce conference this fall.
