Binance Smart Chain has launched a $200M investment program with Animoca Brands to accelerate and incubate early crypto gaming startups that are building on Binance Smart Chain.
Binance Smart Chain's $1B Growth Program and Animoca Brands both will co-invest up to $100 million each to fast-track shortlisted game projects in the multi-billion dollar crypto sector of GameFi.

BSC in the announcing blog said that Animoca Brands, which is a major name in blockchain gaming and the open metaverse has a large portfolio of blockchain investments and partnerships. The portfolio includes ventures in more than 100 of the most promising NFT-related firms and projects like Axie Infinity, Dapper Labs (NBA Top Shot), OpenSea, Alien Worlds, Bitski, Harmony, and Star Atlas.
Binance Smart Chain, which is one of the largest blockchain ecosystems has seen over 2.1 million daily active addresses in the past weeks. This year, games and play-to-earn(P2E) opportunities on BSC have seen a significant uptick in traffic and unique wallet interactions.
BSC said that the majority of its gaming projects have developed NFT marketplaces and P2E models with fungible tokens and/or NFT rewards and that these GameFi projects have the potential to rise as metaverses with their own inbuilt economy.

BSC $1B Growth Program is divided into 4 parts: $500M investment program, $100M Liquidity incentive, $100M Talent development, and $300M Builder rewards. A number of multiple programs have been set up under the whole program to empower the growth of cryptocurrencies worldwide.
